Mentorship Program

At Dignified Dispute Resolution we believe in nurturing the next generation of mediators. Our Young Mediators’ Mentorship Program invites newly qualified mediators to join experienced professionals during mediations, offering a unique opportunity for hands-on learning and growth — all in alignment with our unwavering commitment to ethical conduct and the highest standards of mediation practice.

The Dignified Dispute Resolution Young Mediators’ Mentorship Program is aimed at providing newly qualified mediators, who have been having difficulty obtaining experience, with the opportunity to observe mediations by experienced mediators and to request the assistance of an experienced mediator to supervise any mediations they do until they feel comfortable to proceed on their own.

If you wish to join the Dignified Dispute Resolution Young Mediators’ Mentorship Program you are required to read our Ethical Guidelines and confirm that you agree to be bound by these. Any violation of these guidelines will result in your immediate removal from the program. Upon receipt of your application, and after we have conducted our due diligence investigations, we will make contact with you by email and you will be required to complete a Mentorship Program and Confidentiality Agreement.
