Dignified Dispute Resolution (DDR) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of Directors, Shareholders, Employees, Panel Members, and Clients (suppliers and customers) and in so doing conform fully with the requirement of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4, of 2013.

 

DDR respects your privacy and your personal information and for this reason, we take care to protect your personal information and to keep it confidential. Whenever you use this website, contact DDR electronically or use any of our Service or the tools provided on the website, we will collect your personal information. This page informs you of the DDR policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We will obviously need to disclose your Personal Data to our personnel who require it to do their jobs. We make sure they are aware of and take their confidentiality obligations seriously. They are contractually bound to keep all confidential information confidential.

If you agree to provide us with a reference that reviews the quality of our services, we may share the reference on our website or social media platforms.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (Children). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
