- 8-hour intensive training course on diversity, equity, inclusion, acceptance and belonging. Topics include:
- Recognising and addressing unconscious bias.
- Building an inclusive and trauma-informed culture.
- Equity in Action – addressing systemic inequalities.
- Cross-cultural competency and conflict resolution.
- Conflict resolution in diverse teams.
- 16-hour intensive training course on gender-based violence, workplace bullying and harassment in the workplace. Topics include:
- Understanding GBV, its impact, effects and prevalence.
- Affects of GBV on the workplace.
- Understanding sexual harassment in the workplace, its impact, effects and prevalence.
- Bullying: what it looks like, its effects on victims and the workplace, who is the bully, how to deal with bullying in the workplace.
- 10-hour intensive training course on conflict resolution. Topics include:
- Understanding what conflict is and the different types found in the workplace.
- Conflict Styles and Self-Awareness.
- Emotional Intelligence in Conflict.
- Communication Skills – Learning to communicate proactively and listen actively.
- Problem-Solving Techniques.
- Using mediation to resolve more serious conflicts.
- Managing resistance and addressing issues directly but tactfully.
- Two-Day Executive Leadership Coaching covering all topics covered in the DDR Evolution Program™.
- Six-day mediation training to enable mediation of workplace disputes by trained workplace mediators.
